Refunds and Cancellations

All Spektrum Performance Medicine web sales are final and non-refundable.
Payment collected prior to an order being placed will be treated as a non-refundable deposit that can be used towards any product or service within 30 days.

All web sales are final and cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed.
All concierge services are billed either monthly, or annually.
Monthly billing occurs on the 1st of each month, and you may cancel at anytime.
Annual memberships will be refunded at a prorated rate plus the discounted month fee.
